Abstract
A photographic look at the slum clearances that took place in Montreal during the 1950s and 1960s. One of the areas cleared was Goose Village, originally a working-class Irish-Montreal neighbourhood in the southwest part of the city, adjacent to Victoria Bridge. Today, it is a Costco parking lot.
