The memoirs of an Anglican priest and his work with the homeless in Montreal. The Old Brewery Mission was founded in 1889 as a soup kitchen for Montreal's poor by Mina Douglas and Eva Findlay, two wealthy women from Westmount, and soon evolved into a shelter for the homeless.
