Abstract
An annotated transcript of the daily journals kept in the first quarter of the twentieth century by Alice Copping (1873-1960), wife of John Copping, of farm life near Lennoxville. The journal provides a first hand account of the expansion of railways, the impact of the first telephones, and the coming of movie-houses and streetcars.
