Abstract
The author examines the constitutionality of Bill 101 as it relates to education under the provisions of Section 93 of the Constitution Act 1867. Section 93 defined minority rights in law in Quebec at the time of Confederation. The author also examines Bill 101 in terms of the rights of parents to oversee the education of their children under Natural Law.
