Abstract
The Scottish-born Ramsay Traquair (1874-1952) served as the third Director of the School of Architecture at McGill University from 1913 to 1938. The book contains a biography of Traquair by John Bland and bibliography of Traquair's writings by Janet Sader. The Canadian Architecture Collection at McGill University holds an extensive collection of over 500 measured drawings and nearly 8,000 photographs and glass slides owned by, or taken by, Traquair. The book also contains biographies of Percy Erskine Nobbs and Gordon Antoine Neilson.
