Abstract
The "Mission Chinoise Catholique de Québec" was an evangelical work whose goal was to convert the Chinese population of Quebec City to the Catholic faith. The author examines the social and cultural aspects of the Mission, focusing on the diverse activities organized for the Chinese population of the city and how the Chinese responded to them. He also examines other various attempts that were made to convert the Chinese population of the city, and the real results of this evangelical work over the years.
