Abstract
In 1910, industrialist Charles Ross Whitehead (1868-1954) joined forces with Rodolphe Forget (1861-1919) and James Naismith Greenshields (1853-1937) to found the Wayagamack Pulp and Paper Company Limited with the aim of producing chemical pulp and kraft paper on l'île De La Potherie on the Saint-Maurice River.
