The Life of Sir William Osler
Abstract
Dr. William Osler (1849-1919) was a world-famous professor of medicine at McGill University before moving on to Johns Hopkins University and then Oxford University. A graduate of McGill's Faculty of Medicine in 1872, he was appointed professor in the university's Faculty of Medicine in 1874. He remained at McGill until 1884.
