David Fennario persiste et signe : entrevue avec David Fennario
Abstract
Montreal playwright David Fennario (b. 1947) is known in English Quebec for such plays as Without Parachute, On the Job, Nothing to Lose, Balconville, Joe Beef, Doctor Thomas Neill Cream, The Death of Rene Levesque, Condoville, Bolsheviki, and Motherhouse, but, according to this magazine article introduction, is little known in French Quebec. Few of his works have been translated, and fewer have been produced on stage. The magazine presents an overview of Fennario's approach in his work by, first, giving a translated version of John Bradley's 2014 interview with Fennario, and second, presenting a translated excerpt from the play Bolsheviki, written by Fennario in 2009.
