Title
Ethnic Culture and Economic Structure: Determinants of French-English Inequality in Quebec
Abstract
Using data from 1970-71, the author argues that multiple regression suggests human capital resources, especially education, are more important in determining income among French-speaking Quebecers, while socio-economic background and location in labour markets and firms are more important determinants of earnings of English-speaking Quebecers.
