| Abstract |
The author surveyed music teachers in Montreal area schools to discuss what importance they placed upon listening activities within their own individual curricula, and to what extent the Quebec Curricular Guidelines were applied. The survey also attempted to determine if teachers' experience had any causal relationship with their opinions and utilization of listening activities and/or the Quebec Curriculum Guidelines.
