| Abstract |
A 1980s criticism of Quebec's French language educational reforms that were supposed to make Francophones "maîtres chez nous." The authors claim that Quebec's English-language universities grant a greater number of degrees than French-language universities, and that English-speaking Quebec children have a greater rate of completion of secondary-level education than French-speaking students.
