Abstract |
Champlain Regional College CEGEP received its letters patent signed by the Lieutenant-Governor on April 7, 1971. The CEGEP has three campuses - one in Lennoxville, one in St. Lambert, and one in Quebec City. The author outlines the history of the establishment of Champlain Regional College and it three campuses, the original negative reaction of the provincial government to create off-island Anglophone CEGEPs, and how the three campuses were created and are managed.
