Revivalism in Central Canadian Wesleyan Methodism, 1824-1860
|
Abstract |
There is a belief that revivalism in central Canada began to decline in the 1820s. The author argues, however, that by studying the Wesleyan Methodist Church, he has demonstrated that the revival movement in Quebec and Ontario survived until at least 1860.
