Abstract |
Entry Island is an isolated paradise in flux. Located in the middle of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, it is the most easterly of the Magdalen Islands. Measuring only seven square kilometres, it is home to 126 English-speaking inhabitants of mainly Irish and Scottish heritage. Every year young people leave, and the future of the community is uncertain. The film explores the human culture and physical beauty of Entry Island.
