Religious Philosophy in the Writings of A.M. Klein
|
Abstract |
The author traces the origins of Montreal poet A.M. Klein's celebration of the seventeenth century Dutch philosopher Baruch Spinoza. The author argues that "Spinoza's basic premise, namely the idea that everything is part of the Deity, produced in Klein genuine intellectual excitement which had a lasting effect on his attitude."
