A case study of the establishment of a Community Learning Centre (CLC) in a remote Anglophone community in Quebec. The Netagamiou CLC in Chevery, on Quebec's Lower North Shore, is part of a province-wide partnership of Community Learning Centres that supports a range of services and activities including community development, English-language education and intergenerational learning activities.
