Le rôle des québécois non-francophone dans le débat actuel entre le Québec et le Canada
|
| Abstract |
A mid-1970s examination of the political evolution of Anglophone and Allophone Quebecers towards provincial politics leading up to Quebec's first referendum on independence. The author describes the Anglophones as evolving from a population that once considered itself part of the English Canadian majority (and thus with little political attachment to the provincial government), to one that accepts that it is a minority group within a nationalist French Quebec state.
