Walter Pilling Percival (1885-1967) was for many years the Director of Protestant education in Quebec, and then Deputy Minister of Education in the province. Percival was the author of severl publications on Quebec education, including: Life in School: An Explanation of the Protestant School System of the Province of Quebec (1940); and Across the Years: A Century of Education in the Province of Quebec (1946).
