Abstract
The biography of an Eastern Townships painter. Nina Owens (1869-1959) studied art at the Knowlton Academy and later taught in Danville, Quebec. She painted landscapes and genre scenes of the Eastern Townships. Owens exhibited at the Spring Exhibitions of the Art Association of Montreal from 1910 to 1927 and at the Royal Canadian Art exhibition in 1918.
