| Abstract |
The socio-demographic characteristics of four groups of immigrant women in Quebec province are examined. The data are from official Canadian sources and from seventy-six interviews carried out in 1981 with women from Colombia, Greece, Haiti, and Portugal. Factors considered include spatial distribution, age distribution, marital status, educational status, language, employment, occupation and income.
