The Landmark Case of Harvey Grotsky, et al., versus The Protestant School Board of St. Martin, et al.: A Memoir
|
Abstract |
A discussion of the 1962 litigation in which Harvey Grotsky successfully sued the Protestant School Board of St. Martin, near Montreal, to force it to include Jewish representatives, since both Protestants and Jews paid taxes to support local schools.
