Against Partition
|
| Abstract |
The author argues against the right of Anglophones and Allophones in Quebec from seceding from a soverign Quebec, if Quebec should secede from Canada. She argues that Quebec is a "nation" which includes Anglophones and Allophones minorities, but these linguistic minorities by themselves do not constitute a "nation."
