| Abstract |
A study of the changes that took place over a 150-year period on the north shore of the St. Lawrence along the Batiscan and Sainte-Anne Rivers. Between 1799 and 1813, Thomas Coffin operated an iron works on his seigneury on the Batiscan River. In 1819, the seigneury of Sainte-Anne de la Pérade was sold to the Hale family.
