Abstract |
The first book written on hockey, by Montreal-born hockey player and author Arthur Farrell (1877-1909). Farrell played forward for McGill University in the 1890s and later for the Montreal Shamrocks. Farrell helped lead the Shamrocks to Stanley Cup victories in 1899 and 1900. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1965.
