Abstract |
Barrie-Ontario poet Dorothy Rath (1922-2011) was a devoted admirer of Montreal poet Irving Layton (1912-2006). In 1963, Rath wrote a letter to Layton to which Layton sent a reply, marking the beginning of a thirty-year corresponding friendship. The book is a collection of their letters.
