|
| Abstract |
A study of the evolution of the Quebec provincial government, from the time it was considered little more than a "super municipal council" until the mid-twentieth century. The authors outline the role of the English-speaking politicians in the Quebec cabinet, and the demand by the business elite that an Anglophone be named Treasury Minister.
