Title |
Thinking as a Quebec Canadian: Charles Taylor and the 1995 Referendum
|
Abstract |
Montreal philosopher and Quebec nationalist Charles Taylor has written often on the cultural, social and political status of the province. Taylor’s writings indicate that he supports collective rights in addition to individual rights, as well as asymmetrical federalism. Taylor did not support the 1995 referendum on Quebec independence.
