Abstract |
A study of the development of skiing in the Laurentians. The Montreal Ski Club, founded in 1904, discovered the skiing opportunities in the Laurentians in 1905. The author describes the skiing activities of predominately Montreal Anglophone skiers in this area in the 1920s and 1930s.
