Abstract |
Bruce Price (1845-1903) was an American architect who designed several major buildings in Quebec, including the Chateau Frontenac. This thesis focuses on two nineteenth century Montreal train stations that he designed – the downtown Windsor Station (1887-1889), and the Place Viger Station (1896-1898), the city’s first major east-end railway station.
