Abstract |
This genealogical study begins with the arrival in Quebec City of Leonard Marler in 1808 and ends with the death of Sir Herbert Marler in 1940. Leonard Marler (1787-1824) served as Assistant Commissar of supply in the British Army; Herbert Marler (1876-1940) headed the first Canadian legation to Japan in the 1930s.
