The author presents the design for an enhanced sacred place in and around St. Ann’s Park in Montreal's Griffintown, and seven urban planning policy
recommendations. The park is the site of the former St. Ann's Church, built in 1854 for Griffintown's Irish Catholics, and was torn down in 1970.
