Abstract |
The New School of Dawson College is an "alternative" CEGEP arts program, in operation at the Montreal school since 1973. The New School’s approach is based on the principles of Humanistic Education. The approach is that people learn best when they have a say in what and how they will learn. Accordingly, students are given a role in shaping the content of their courses and designing how they will study their subjects.
