Abstract |
The Beaver Hall Group, Montreal's first association of modern artists, was established in 1920 and remained in existence until 1923. It was composed of some twenty professional artists, predominately middle-class Anglophones, equally divided between men and women, who shared a studio at 305 Beaver Hall Hill.
