Discovering and Developing English-Canadian Nationalism in Quebec

Abstract |
The author argues that an English-Canadian subculture exists in Quebec, although it is not coterminous with the Anglophone minority. He argues that it derives from an English model, including a particularistic rather than communitarian ethic, a democratic political culture, a laissez-faire economic practice, and a strong sense of place.
