Title
Affinité et clivage ethnique dans la direction des grandes entreprises
Abstract
The authors focus on the ethnic cleavages within the senior management group of large companies in the 1970s whose head offices were in Quebec. They found that significant differences in behavior towards Francophones were recorded between French-speaking and English-speaking Canadian firms and between Canadian and foreign firms. This concern for control was even more asserted in firms wholly owned by foreigners.
