Abstract |
An outline of a research study conducted by McGill University Professor Rabindra H. Kanunago in the early 1970s into the job needs and satisfaction of a group of French- and English-speaking middle managers in a Montreal-based Canadian corporation. Kanunago concluded that the differences between the two groups was partially due to cultural background as well as the positions the two linguistic groups had assumed in the economic history of the province.
