Abstract |
In 1977, Nettie Covey Sharpe (1907-2002) donated some 700 objects of Quebec folk and classical art to the Canadian Museum of Civilization (now the Canadian Museum of History). The Saint Augustin-de-Woburn born Covey Sharpe then gifted her St. Lambert (a suburb of Montreal) house, built in 1775, to the museum on her death.
