Abstract |
Francis Reginald Scott (1899-1985) was a poet, political activist and professor of law at McGill University. Above all, he was a specialist on the British North America Act, 1867. The author reviews Scott’s poetry, socialist politics and his major law cases, including his work for English language rights on behalf of the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal.
