Abstract |
Boswell's Brewery was an important business in Quebec City from its beginning in 1844 until its closure in 1968. The brewery was founded by the Irish-born Joseph Knight Boswell (1812-1890). The author examines the administrative system as installed at the brewery by Stevenson and Kellogg Limited of Montreal, management engineers, in 1941.
