A look at evolving relationship between Jewish- and French-Quebecers from the Second World War period to the end of the 1950s, and the attempt by some leaders of both communities to spearhead rapprochement initiatives. Within the Jewish community, this movement was led by the Cercle juif de langue française and the Canadian Jewish Congress.
