| Abstract |
According to the program, is goal was "to determine institutions’ obligations with regard to the health and social services that must be made accessible in English, in keeping with the human, material and financial resources of the institutions, and according to the legislation in effect, specifically sections 1, 4 and 29.1 of the Charter of the French Language. The purpose of the Regional Program is to make a range of health and social services available to English speakers, in English, close to where they live."
