A former provincial politician's view of the evolution of laws affecting educational language rights in Quebec. William Tetley (1927-2014) was a provincial Liberal Cabinet Minister and member of the National Assembly for Montreal's Notre-Dame-de-Grace riding from 1968 to 1976.
