Abstract |
On October 29, 1921, a group of twenty-four sportsmen founded the Pointe Claire Curling Club. Soon thereafter, the signatures of sixty-five original club members were obtained. Samuel H. Ward was elected as the club's first President. The Pointe Claire Curling Club was admitted to the Canadian Branch of the Royal Caledonia Curling Club on November 28, 1921.
