Abstract
The results of a 2015 survey on the opinions, perceptions and expectations of a representative sample of English-speaking Quebecers in most regions of Quebec with respect to general issues of the community as well as specific matters in the areas of health and social services, education, employment and economic development, justice, arts and culture and communications. A total of 3,014 English-speaking Quebecers aged 18 and over were randomly selected for interviews over the telephone for the survey. Among the respondents, thirty-four percent agreed with the statement that the situation for the English-speaking community in Quebec has improved in the past twenty years while sixty-six percent disagreed.
