Abstract |
Includes biographical sketches of such men as Thomas Coffin (1762-1841), Matthew Bell (1769-1849), David Munro (c.1765-1834) and George Waters Allsopp (1769-1837). Buckinghamshire was an electoral district on the south shore of the St. Lawrence between Sorel and Lévis. It was later divided into the districts of Drummond, Missisquoi, Shefford, Sherbrooke, Stanstead, Lotbinière, Nicolet and Yamaska.
