The League for Social Reconstruction was a Depression-era association of Canadian socialist academics that advocated social and economic reforms to benefit the public rather than private interests. The League was officially formed in 1932 and formally disbanded in 1942. Among its founders was McGill University law professor Frank R. Scott.
