Abstract |
Anglophone Montrealer Alexa Conradi (b. 1971) served as president of the Fédération des femmes du Québec from 2009 to 2015. From 2006 to 2009 she served as the first elected president of Québec solidaire political party. She is the author of: Fear, Love, and Liberation in Contemporary Québec: A Feminist Reflection (translated by Catherine Browne), which offers a personal reflection on Quebec politics and culture and calls for an examination of Quebec’s treatment of women with more honesty.
