Abstract |
The author's fond memories of Montreal poet and McGill University professor Louis Dudek (1918-2001), whom he refers to as his "tutor and guide." The author first met Dudek as a sophomore student at McGill in the early 1960s. The author concludes that Dudek was "a superb teacher and an important poet. He was also a great man."
