Où en sommes-nous avec l'art féministe? : analyse de la programmation de la Centrale Galerie Powerhouse (1973-1978 et 2007-2010)
|
Abstract |
Montreal's Powerhouse Gallery was founded in 1973 by Elizabeth Bertoldi, Leslie Busch, Isobel Dowler-Gow, Margaret Griffin, Clara Gutshe, Billie-Joe Mericle, Stasje Plantenga and Pat Walsh as an exhibition space for women artists. The author compares the feminist approach of the Gallery's exhibitions of the late 1970s with those of the first decade of the twentieth-first century.
